Common problem

  • 1、 When will the product have electrical defects?

    1. After the product is assembled on-line by the customer, during the testing process, there is an overvoltage or overcurrent state, and the product instantaneously
    breakdown, resulting in an electrical increase or no resistance (generally, Burnt marks on the surface of the product);

    2. The product suffers from stress damage after the client is assembled online, and the positive electrode of the resistor is peeled off, which affects the electrical properties.
    Good (in general, the measurement performance is infinite or no resistance value).

  • 2、 How does the company prevent products with poor electrical properties from flowing out of the company?

    After the entire manufacturing process of the resistor is completed, the final step is "test packaging", in short, the product test is completed

    After completion, it will be packaged into rolls; the package testing station will conduct a 200% four-wire test to ensure that the electrical resistance is OK.

  • 3、 电阻侧导的镀层厚度有什么标准?

    电镀生产电阻工艺:在挂镀的条件下,滚筒不断经历药水以及电流的作用下,在电
    阻的正导侧导背导电极上,镀上镍层及锡层,一般制品厚度范围:镍:3~15um;
    锡:3~10um。

  • 4、 电阻在使用的过程中,会不会出现抛料的可能?为什么?

    首先在正常生产条件下,不会出现抛料异常,且品管人员对首件进行撕拉测试,防
    止抛料异常流出;除非生产过程中出现机台异常,如上下烙铁除胶动作未落实;压带轮压力过大…等;除了内部原因外,也有可能为不正确撕拉方式或者外部储存条件的不合理(如吸湿),均可能导致抛料形成,视具体情况而判定。
