5. Product process quality and analysis
6. Product improvement projects

Job requirements:

1. Will use document tools: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc., as well as drawing Auto CAD production, intermediate or above is preferred;
2. Understand the process materials and processes;
3. More than 3 years of R&D related experience;
4. Engaged in printing thick film process: such as: ultra-low resistance thick film resistors, anti-sulfide thick film resistors, automotive thick film resistors, fuse thick film resistors, wide electrode thick film resistors, precision alloy resistors, etc.;
5. Priority in working experience in precision alloy resistance process;
6. Engaged in thin film manufacturing process: thin film resistors, high precision thin film resistors, high power thin film resistors, thin film ultra low resistance resistors, etc.;
